NetHertz offers a wide array of customizable and client-centric connectivity services:
- Outbound Voice Termination Services: Used to support its clients’ outbound processes. NetHertz provides its multi-carrier, highly redundant telco-grade switching platform to terminate voice & data services to any part of the world including USA, Canada, Europe, South Americas and APAC regions
- Global Termination Using Incumbent Carriers: NetHertz uses incumbent carriers of destination countries to transport the calls using their high-quality, least latency and most-widely distributed network to terminate the calls
- CLID Programming Services: Federal Communication Commission [FCC] requires each outbound call made from a call center to carry a CallerID to be displayed on recipient’s CallerID detection device. NetHertz works with its clients to program static as well as dynamic CLIDs based on the campaign requirements
- Inbound Voice Origination Service: transports the calls from domestic (USA) and diverse countries to NetHertz clients’ offshore or onshore facilities via the below listed special purpose services
- Toll-free Number (TFN): This often involves programming of TFN on to the circuits deployed by NetHertz. Quite frequently, NetHertz also works with its client to RespORG their TFNs from their previous carriers
- DID # Services: Many clients require DID #’s to be programmed on their circuits allowing the local call-backs using US landline numbers
- Local PRI Voice Termination Services: allow cost-effective dialing within the state where either the client’s switching gear is collocated or their international links are terminated
- End-to-End Connectivity Solution Services: involves connectivity right from client premise to incumbent country’s international gateway, from the international gateway to the USA via an international link, and then finally transporting the call from the USA to the recipient of the call located either in the USA or in any part of the world. This service is provided by NetHertz on a flat-rate basis. The service involves close coordination between diverse domestic and international carriers across the world
